Phase I Registration: Parade Phase I Registration and the ability to reserve PCA housing will open Wednesday, February 1, 2023 (Noon ET) at the following link: https://www.pca.org/pca-login/parade-registration.
Before Registration opens, be sure your PCA membership information is up to date on your PCA member account, including address, home/cell phone numbers, and most importantly, your email address. You may update online at www.pca.org or call PCA National at (410) 381-0911 before registering.
Follow these two steps to register:
1. During this phase, you can register as the primary entrant (your co-entrant, children, JPP/CAFP, and Adults Guests may be added during Phase II). The only fee collected during Phase I is the $260 Parade Registration Fee (covers entrant and co-entrant only). Housing Reservations are a separate fee from Parade Registration. Phase II Registration will have additional fees for Banquets and Events.
2. The only accepted payment methods are Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover in US funds.
Housing: You will receive a Confirmation Email once your Parade Registration Fee payment has been successfully processed (usually within seconds). If you are still waiting to receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
PCA housing will be at the La Quinta Resort Palm Springs. Your confirmation email contains the Link and Entrant Access Code for Conference Direct necessary to reserve your housing, along with an 800 number for Conference Direct if you encounter difficulty with your reservation. Phase I and II Refund Policy:
All fees paid will be recorded and deposited at the time of registration. Parade Registrations are not transferable. Be aware there is a $50 cancellation fee any time after you have registered. 100% of your Registration Fee (minus the $50 non-refundable cancellation fee) will be refunded if your emailed cancellation request (paradereg@national.pca.org) is received prior to Thursday, April 5 (11:59 PM ET). After April 5 you will be refunded 100% of your Registration Fee (minus the $50 non-refundable cancellation fee) and 100% of your non-registration fees (minus 100% of any charged credit card fees for non-registration fees (meals/banquets etc). After April 20 (11:59 PM ET) there will be a $50 cancellation fee, 50% of the registration fee and 100% of any credit card fees for all event/meal charges withheld. After Friday May 19th (11:59 PM ET), there are no refunds available.
ConferenceDirect Housing Cancellation Policy: Porsche Parade’s housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made at any time.
