This year’s Parade Golf Tournament will take place on Wednesday June 21st, at the PGA West Greg Norman Golf Course at the La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta located 6.7 miles from Parade headquarters. The course lies in a seabed, 40 feet below sea level and is surrounded by desert mountains, and features narrow bunkered fairways with water in play on 9 of the 18 holes, natural desert vegetation with a mix of wildflowers and tall and short native grasses.
The Course is a par 72 and plays to 6600 yards.
The Parade golf fees include the green fees, golf cart, lunch and a men’s or women’s golf shirt. Scores will be posted and awards and door prizes will be given out at lunch.
The tournament will be a scramble format with awards for the lowest team score, 1st through 3rd.as well as longest drive and closest to the pin for both men and women.
At the time of Phase II registration you may request to play with specific players which will be honored on a first-come basis. You will also be asked to select either a men’s or women’s polo shirt and the size you require.
Rental Clubs will be available at the course. Rental fee will be $85.00 and include two sleeves of balls.
Currently play will begin at 8 am, however, we are trying to move it up to an earlier start.
The tournament is for any skill level and is all about having a good time with your fellow Porsche enthusiasts.
